We will process all orders within 2 working days, we will inform you at this time of any delays, you will also be notified by text or email when your order is despatched and a tracking number where applicable will be supplied.

Delivery timescales vary depending upon products but as a rough guide:
Non-prescription glasses, sunglasses, non-special order parts/items, Readymade prescription goggles - 24-48 hours.
Full prescription goggles - 10-12 days
Oakley Prescription eyewear - 14 days
Bonded Prescription Diving masks - 2-3 weeks
Prescription glazed sports eyewear - upto 10 days
Complete bikes - upto 2 weeks - confirmed when ordering

We take great pride in the products we offer and the service we give, that's why all the products we despatch will reach you in perfect condition.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from us and if for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know what we are doing wrong or what we can do to improve.

All of our products are genuine quality products at competitive prices, if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere we will do what we can to price match - providing the product is like for like and the other source has the product in stock for immediate despatch.

Returns policy

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 10 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less postage cost - at cost in UK pounds to cover our postage to you. Products must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched to you and must be unused. They must also include all original packaging and documentation. Any damage or loss to either the product, packaging or the documentation may affect the amount of refund made.

Products excluded from our money back guarantee: -
  • VP Full prescription Swimming Goggles, Barracuda goggles.
  • Glazed sports spectacles (Here we will refund the cost of the spectacle but not the prescription insert cost)
  • Zoom and Sniper Or any Squash goggle which has had the prescription made specifically for you. (here we will refund the price of the frame only)
  • Prescription Inserts (unless faulty).
It is recommended that if you wish to purchase one of our glazed prescription form products and you are unsure about it, that you ask for one to be sent 'empty' so you can try them on before you purchase.

Please note that despite our whole hearted attempt to make lenses with 'anti fog' properties it is impossible to manufacture lenses that are totally fog free.
