FREE UK Delivery


Here at iOptix, we know you are ordering your products because you want them asap, so we despatch all of our orders using Royal Mail First Class delivery service, normally recorded mail too. Depending on value or if agreed on request we can also send using Special Delivery too (at an extra cost).

For overseas orders we despatch using Royal Mail International signed For service or Courier service. We have accounts with UPS, DHL, Hermes and other courier firms and pick and choose dependent on their individual quotes.

Royal Mail Deliveries

If your order is sent using Royal Mail it will be sent 1st class, meaning your order will generally be delivered the following day, occasionally depending on your local delivery centre it may be the day after that.

Courier Deliveries

Uk courier deliveries are normally made the following day, for certain parts of the UK these can be extended to 2 days.

Please note, we will use our discretion when choosing a courier to fulfil your delivery to ensure our shipping costs are maintained but this will not jeopardise your delivery time. Whichever method we use it will always require a signature and be a tracked service.

There may occasionally be delays caused by customs inspections on internationally orders and we are not liable for any additional import taxes which may be incurred when entering the destination country.
