Returns Made Easy


Dont worry, we understand that not every every is perfect, glasses may not suit or fit, it may be too big, too small or there may be a problem with a delivery, or something else.

We have an easy to use returns address label affixed to our delivery notes to make it as easy to return your order as possible. (of course we hope you won’t want to, as we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase)
We will gladly exchange your purchase for a different size, a different style or something totally different.

Simply return the order to us along with all original packaging and we will ensure we meet your requirements asap.
If you are unsure what you would exchange your item for please contact us by telephone or email and we will do our utmost to assist you.

Along with the item/s please ensure you include your name and address and a note of your order number and also whether you require an exchange or refund.

If your exchange is a different price we will contact you to make the arrangements to take an extra payment or refund you any balance.

Refunds are made the day the goods are received back to us, if the goods are returned as you have simply changed your mind, the refund will be minus the cost of postage, if the goods are faulty or for exchange then the refund is full.
